Its 3-position clamping system can fit nearly any rod diameter, and tension bands can be adjusted to apply the ideal line tension during spooling.

No Line Twist

The Kalibrate's design ensures that fishing line comes off the filler spool and directly onto the reel spool without any twist. On a casting reel, the line comes off the top of the filler, through the counter, and winds onto the top of the reel without altering the coiled memory of the line. For a spinning reel, the line is un-coiled from the filler, through the counter, and coiled onto the reel without any twist in the line.

Spooling Made Easy

To use, simply attach the tension band to a spool of line, clamp the Kalibrate to a rod, and place the spool of line on the tool. Use the threaded t-handle to mount the line on the Kalibrate. Attach the fishing line to the reel spool and start filling your reel with your preferred fishing line. Instruction cues on the Kalibrate ensure proper setup for both spinning and casting reels, making it the perfect fishing gift for men and women.
